We recommend using both sides of your board for separate purposes. It is best to use one side as a serving slab for charcuterie, and the other side as a cutting board.
Never fully immerse your board in water or put it in a dishwasher. Instead, clean your board with a damp cloth.
Sanitize your board by sprinkling salt and rubbing in with a half of a lemon. Wipe clean.
If your board loses its silky finish, you may either sand it lightly by hand with a fine grit sandpaper, (400-600), or condition it with our handcrafted and food grade safe Bee Butter from organic beeswax.
