Never fully immerse your shelf in water or put it in a dishwasher. Instead, clean your board with a damp cloth if necessary.

If your shelf loses its silky finish, you may either sand it lightly by hand with a fine grit sandpaper, (400-600), or condition it with our handcrafted and food grade safe Bee Butter from organic beeswax.
