What makes a pic·nic?
A pic·nic is a time-honored tradition that combines the three meanings of life into a single activity: to enjoy the beauty of nature, to eat good food, and to spend time with loved ones. Now more than ever, it’s important for us to make time for the simple things. For this reason, the team at Tree to Table PDX has been hard at work creating our newest and most unique product — the Art of the Pic·Nic!
This bundle includes a picnic basket, a Tree to Table PDX charcuterie board, a tablecloth, glasses, plates, utensils, cheese and salami knives, a wine bottle opener, and a cooler bag. Each bundle also comes with an Art of the Pic·Nic card. This card is printed with instructions for the perfect pic·nic, as well as a shopping list for the things you’ll need to bring with you!

We are committed to uplifting and rescuing urban trees from the waste stream by transforming them into heirlooms that will provide decades of service in your home and business. Our sourcing process is 100% grounded in the Pacific Northwest - we only work with local partners to create our products.
Pictured alongside, our sister business Wind Thin Tree Service removes limbs from a damaged tree. These limbs will be repurposed in our woodshop to create charcuterie boards and shelves.

All the way from felling a tree to putting the finishing touches on a table in our woodshop, every step of our process requires the human touch. We take our craftsmanship very seriously, and we always strive to let the special character of each tree come through clearly in the final product.
Everything we craft is unique - just like the trees they are made from and the Oregonians who create them.
